| The network is monitored 7 days a week, 24 hours a day by the Network Operations Center (NOC) in Dallas, Texas. The NOC provides network monitoring, performance and traffic management to both the national and ISP networks. It also furnishes real-time network status to Above The Noise Customer Care and assists with problem resolution. In addition, the NOC serves the National Network with real-time alarming, event correlation, forecasting and notifications of network events. ATN's national engineering group, strengthened by its regional engineering teams, constantly monitors and upgrades network technology whenever and wherever appropriate. |
